Shipping and Returns

All of our orders go out within 1-3 business days and are shipped via the shipment provider you selected at checkout. If there is a delay on our end for any reason we will send an email to let you know.
Most packages will be provided with a Tracking number which we include in our customer confirmation emails.
If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to the sender please contact us. We’ll double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If we put the wrong address on a package we’ll ship a replacement to you free of cost as soon as possible. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us for the cost to you of $3.75.
We cannot reimburse our customers for the shipping costs of returning an item and must deduct the shipping cost from the refund total. We ship all our products as fast as possible, but depending on the buyer’s location the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach them may vary.
For items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items. For all orders over $1000 we require “signature on delivery”, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. We have this policy to ensure protection for our clients and to help eliminate fraud.
Refunds and Returns
If you feel that you are entitled to a refund on your purchase, please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 11 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
